The hotel grounds are large and well-kept. I saw lots of greenery blending well with the sea. there are many pools available. i spent most of my time at the 16+ pool area. It was very quiet and intimate. mina at the relax pool bar was very lovely. He always made delicious drinks for me.

The main buffet got very crowded. It was hard to find a seat. the air conditioning was struggling to keep up with the heat.

the room included a spacious seating area plus a balcony, i enjoyed morning coffee there. there was a large walk-in shower in the bathroom. the minibar included wine, beer, snacks and chocolate at extra charge.

The hotel has a beachfront location and offers access to a beautiful reef. the beach was lovely, with lifeguards ensuring guests had windbreaks. there was a jetty for walking along. I saw so many different fish there.

The staff made our holiday special. every member of staff was great. staff had a smile on their face all day. mustafa on the beach, mohammed and mina at the beach bar stood out for really good service. the food is tasty. Almost cooked to order. the staff serenaded my husband unexpectedly and gave him a birthday cake.

the hotel is in a good location and has all the amenities you may be looking for. entertainment is available daily, except on sundays when the team takes a day off. i think the dj should reconsider his music, it is quite repetitive. there isn't much available for dancing and we love latino music which was lacking.

Food was delicious and tasty. Everyone will find something great whether it's egyptian, turkish, italian or any other cuisine is there. the restaurant has a varied selection, cooked with care. the staff are attentive and friendly.

The rooms are clean and newly refurbished. the beds are very comfy. So much that sometimes we got up too late for breakfast. the beach is clean and the water park is amazing. there are plenty of sunbeds dotted around.

I found the archery lessons with karim VERY helpful. He showed great skill as an archery instructor, and he taught great techniques. I also liked the activities inside the hotel, ESPECIALLY the swimming pools.

There were few signs pointing to toilets around the hotel. This was a little confusing.

Mr. Sobhy, the receptionist, was helpful and efficient. He. The beach offered soft sand and clear water for swimming and sunbathing! The variety of food available exceeded my expectations. I especially enjoyed the fresh seafood. Our room was cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff ensured we had everything we needed. The calm atmosphere at night was very relaxing! I appreciated the tranquil environment.

The gym could use a few more updated machines!
